At Break Gear, we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase! Please see below for details on returns and exchanges.

Please note that individual stores that product is not supplied via Break Gear will have their own Return and Exchange policy. Please navigate to the store that you purchased your gear from and review their specific returns and exchanges policy.

Break Gear Exchanges

Exchanges can be made within 15 days from the date of your purchase. Please make sure that your item is in mint condition, free from any alterations, stains, smells, with all original tags still attached, unwashed and the original bag. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping, unless the item you received was damaged. If you received your item damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item at customercare@breakgear.com, with a picture of the damage the item arrived with so we can make things right. If Break Gear receives your item after 15 days of the original order, or if the item shows any sign of damage or wear, we will return the item to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.

Break Gear Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase you have 15 days from the date of your original order to send your item back to us for a full refund. Please make sure that your item is in mint condition, free from any alterations, stains, smells, with all original tags still attached, unwashed and the original bag. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping, unless the item you received was damaged. If you received your item damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item at customercare@breakgear.com, with a picture of the damage the item arrived with so we can make things right. If Break Gear receives your item after 15 days of the original order, or if the item shows any sign of damage or wear, we will return the item to you at your cost and no refund will be issued.

Please note that all shoe returns must include any inside packaging and the original box. The original box must be placed inside a protective box or bag for shipping. A shipping label can NOT be placed directly on the shoe box, or Break Gear will have to mark the package return to sender and will be unable to fulfill your return.
